This goose is a piece that can go outdoors.  It was inspired by the wonderful geese that surrounded me as I created a painted metal gate on Sanctuary Farm a few years ago.  His base is a popcorn tin covered in metal feathers and an old rake for a tail.  He is sitting on a piece of an 1880 box elder tree that had to be cut down in my yard. I try my best to make something out of every tree that blows down or is cut down on my property.
