This guy began with the peel-y paint piece of wood I found in a trash pile and the half-circle adhesive spreaders (that looked like a conductor’s cap to me). His window- lock ears gave him a goofy look – so I gave him sproing-y springs for hair. There were some eccentric old guys as conductors on cabooses and this is one of them. All aboard!
